ARUNIUS fixtures are designed for lasting interiors and should be installed and cared for with attention to their materials.

Limited product support

If a fixture shows a suspected manufacturing defect, contact us with the order number, installation date, and photographs. We will review the information and advise on the appropriate remedy. Damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable bulbs or dimmers, alteration, misuse, moisture exposure outside the stated rating, normal wear, or improper cleaning is not covered.

Professional installation

Hardwired fixtures must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical and building requirements. Always switch off power before installation or maintenance and follow the specification supplied with the fixture.

Alabaster and natural stone

Dust with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not saturate the stone or use abrasive pads, acidic products, solvents, or household chemical cleaners. Natural veining, tonal movement, mineral marks, and differences in translucency are expected.

Metal finishes

Use a clean, soft, dry cloth. Do not polish plated, patinated, or living finishes unless the product instructions specifically allow it. Subtle finish evolution over time is a natural part of these materials.

Bulbs and compatibility

Use only the bulb base, shape, voltage, and maximum wattage shown on the product page. When using a dimmer, confirm that the bulb and dimmer are mutually compatible.
