2. Our response
When we receive a notice that substantially complies with applicable law, we may remove or disable access to the identified material and take other appropriate action. Where appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the person who supplied the affected material.
3. Counter-notification
If material you supplied was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe this occurred through mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, together with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable United States Federal District Court as provided by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notification or that person's agent.
Send the counter-notification with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notification to concierge@arunius.com.
After a compliant counter-notification is forwarded to the original complainant, the material may be restored within 10–14 business days unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
4. Repeat infringement
Where appropriate and within our control, ARUNIUS may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly submit unauthorized material.
5. Misrepresentations
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation that content is infringing, or that removed content was removed by mistake or misidentification, may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including damages, costs, and attorneys' fees. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notification.
6. Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or contact-information changes. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version.
