Orders and availability

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request; acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed for production or dispatch. We may contact you to clarify specifications, delivery requirements, or availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, any amount collected for the unavailable item will be refunded.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, duties, and other destination fees may be added as described during checkout or order confirmation. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.
